The AI Readiness Assessment is a structured 3-hour engagement with one of our senior solution architects. We evaluate your current data infrastructure, review up to three candidate AI use cases, estimate ROI potential, identify the biggest risks, and produce a written summary with a recommended action plan. It's completely free with no obligation to proceed — we want you to have the information needed to make a confident decision.
Can I switch plans as my needs grow? +
Absolutely. Plans are designed to be upgraded at any time mid-cycle, with the price difference prorated. Downgrading is also possible at the end of a billing cycle with 30 days' notice. We intentionally avoid lock-in contracts for Starter and Professional plans — you should stay because we're delivering value, not because you're trapped.
Do you work with regulated industries like finance or healthcare? +
Yes — approximately 40% of our client base operates in regulated environments. We are SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, support HIPAA-compliant data handling for healthcare clients, and have experience navigating MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore), FCA, SEC, and EBA regulatory frameworks. Who owns the models and IP we build together? +
You do. All models, training pipelines, and code created during your engagement are assigned to you upon completion and payment. We retain no rights to your data, your trained models, or your proprietary business logic. We may ask permission to anonymously reference your industry and use case in our marketing (e.g. "a Fortune 500 logistics company"), but only with explicit written consent.
What does "inferences per month" mean in practice? +
An inference is one prediction or output generated by your AI model — for example, one fraud score calculated, one document classified, or one image analysed. For most enterprise applications, 1 million inferences per month is sufficient for internal tools and moderate-volume automations. High-volume customer-facing systems (e.g. real-time recommendation engines) typically require the Professional or Enterprise tier. If you're unsure, share your expected usage with us during the free assessment and we'll recommend the right starting point.
How long does it take to go from contract to a live model? +
Our fastest Starter engagements have delivered a working prototype in as few as 12 days. A typical Professional engagement — including data preparation, model development, testing, and initial deployment — takes 6–10 weeks. Enterprise programmes with complex data pipelines or regulatory requirements typically take 3–5 months to reach full production. We publish detailed milestone timelines before any contract is signed.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
Starter and Professional plans have no minimum contract term — they renew monthly by default. Enterprise engagements are typically structured as 12-month programmes given the depth of work involved, but we can discuss phased commitments for organisations that need flexibility. All engagements include a clear exit and handover protocol so you're never left without a functioning system.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or academic institutions? +
Yes. Registered non-profits and accredited academic institutions are eligible for a 30% discount across all plans. We also maintain a pro-bono programme where we allocate 5% of our annual capacity to high-impact projects in healthcare, education, and climate — apply via our contact form with a brief description of your mission and use case.
